What should I use to play movies?

Only use Windows Media Player to play the movies.

Do NOT use Real Player, QuickTime or any other software as you might experience problems we cannot help you with.

If your system is not set by default to play MPG files and WMV files with Windows Media Player you should change your file options. Locate an MPG file in your pc using Windows Explorer. Right-click that file, then click "Open With". If Open With is not an option, hold down the SHIFT key while right-clicking the file. Open With should now be visible. In the Open With dialog box, select WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. Click the checkbox to select "Always use this program to open these files". This will ensure that Windows will now always use its Media Player to play your movie files.
